Merely being a member of a governing body does not qualify one to take an unauthorized individual act to destroy or deface public property. An example could be an individual city councilman that feels a municipal water tower is too tall and then decides to lower it on his own without city council authorization. First... The location of the cement plant is surrounded by a residential area. The peace and enjoyment of our neighborhood has already been greatly diminshed by the road expansion, now there is a cement plant placed within OUR residences. Second... There is No Stop light to control traffic coming from the double loaded cement trucks. Third.. .. The road structure is Not supportive enough for the massive amounts being carried. Fourth...Boulders placed at the Entrance have washed onto the asphalt Endangering motorists. Fifth. ..A Referendum was not executed.. Sixth..Speeding by the cement trucks. My Concern For Our Residence and Property: 1025 Laurence Dr. Heath,TX We live on FM 740, have 12 acres that border the North side of Wydamere Subdivisioon. We are Zoned Ag, as such we have Livestock trailers entering and leaving our property. We Need to maintain our Two-Way approach for our Safety and the Safety of others transporting Animals. This execution should NOT be removed from our property. I ask you for your help, I feel this request is neither frivolous nor without constitution. Thank you Sincerely, Michelle D.
